Doubt is contagious. Any goals, dreams or intentions you have will be erased with doubt as it affects all areas of your life. "Truly
reflecting on personal skills will help provide a genuine perspective of what
can be readily applied to your personal life, areas of study, and in a corporate setting. "Any
weaknesses and threats that are identified can be addressed by identifying
areas for growth and counter actions" (Walden, 2013). The key is being faithful and proactive.
Being able to evaluate
personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with successful
completion of goal you've set will identify what areas need growth and
what areas can be expanded. Yes, the above sentence is suggesting a S.W.O.T analysis of your performance capabilities. This awareness will make sure your goals are approached with the best possibility of success" (Belin, 2013).
